A Few Things about the Chef

My story with cooking started when I was about 5 years old and how I used to spent time with my grandmother in her kitchen learning her secrets :-)

Coming from an Italian family, living in Brazil, and having access to so many different flavors, definitely have benefited me as a Chef and my creativity, to this day.

I challenge myself to create beautiful things, whatever it is I put my hands on. I am a perfectionist, details are my passion.

Interior Design is another passion of mine. 

Travelling makes me feel more alive and it is an amazing way to perfect my palate and create new flavors.


Wine is my favorite drink.

My favorite foods are Brazilian, Indian, Asian, Italian, French, German...ooops... Yes, I love them all! Can't decide which one is best... (shhh don't tell my Grandma..)

Cooking is a way of self care, is how I show appreciation to those I meet during my journey and is how I show my love.

Chefs are creative and focused on taste and presentation.  Yes, that is true, but Andreza changed this stereotype and made me a believer again in those who are committed to their craft and deliver a flawless experience from start to finish.
